Aaahhh...cool water...even if it has a slight chlorine odor...
This is part of a larger fountain between the River Center and the Old State Capitol known as Repentance Fountain, which I will post on tomorrow.

Do they allow people to dip their feet in there??
Chlorine in water is a good thing. I rather have chlorine in there than who knows what else.
Oh, that looks so refreshing! If I was nearby I'd stick my feet right in the water.

The Powers That Be generally frown on people frolicking in the water (fear of lawsuits). A better option is the water feature in front of the Shaw Center, which was designed for kid and grownup feet indulging.
